Les Paul & Mary Ford duplication
I believe items #29 & #30 should be the same song title Magic Melody [MusicalMelody likely a typo]. Thanks for your site. Tons of work I love & appreciate as a music junkie. -ben
That does look right, data changed, Thanks

Les Paul
As a solo artist, he had one curious hit, named "Goofus". Composed in 1930 byGus Kahn and Wayne King, he recorded that song in 1950, peaking #21 in the Best Seller Chart, for two non-consecutive weeks.

Les Paul Song
According to several sources that I have come across, Les Paul's song Meet Mr. Callahan/Callaghan was a top 25 or better song, but I do not see it in your list. Do you have any information on this song?
Les Paul had most of his hits with his wife, Mary Ford, they are listed in the top 1000 artists.
As a solo artist he had 20 hits, the biggest being "Whispering" in 1951. "Meet Mr Callaghan" reached number 5 in the Billboard charts and had a run of 14 weeks starting in Aug 1952, it also was in the Cashbox and US 1940s charts.
However as a solo artist his overall position was 1484, well outside the top 1000 artists that we list here (in the 1.9.071 dataset).

Les Paul & Mary Ford - Two Songs, Not Four?
I believe that songs #3 & #34 are the same song and should be called Mockin' Bird Hill. Also, I think #1 & #25 are the same song, as well.
You are right. Thank you for the corrections they have been applied.
