Album artist 438 - Louis Armstrong

This page lists the album chart entries of Louis Armstrong. A list of songs by Louis Armstrong can be found
here.
The albums are listed with the most widely successful first.
One would imagine that a 77 year career, from
1923-2000 would be enough for Louis Armstrong to hold the longevity record. In fact
Enrico Caruso holds the record, at 95 years, but only due to a
freak minor album hit in Austria. Of course with more than 6 times
as many hits Satchmo's career is much more impressive.
