#4 and #72 (Sings For Only the Lonely) are the same album. Also #21 and #82 are the same (My Way - The Best Of).

The first looks good (and we've done that). The second has two distinct entries (3 years appart) in two charts (Norway and UK) so we have to conclude that they are actually different releases.
