#38 (Dean Martin Sings Again) should be combined with #15 (Dean Martin Hits Again). Per Wikipedia #15 went Gold in the US. I can find no record of an album titled Dean Martin Sings Again. Also #14 & #29 are the same (Dino - The Essential Dean Martin).

No, the two titles have distinct listings on three different charts, there is not enough evidence to merge all the entries
