Kiss You All Over

Where's Exile's "Kiss You All Over" in the Top of U.S. regional singles of 1978? 1 for 4 weeks on Billboard Hot 100, No. 5 on Billboard Year End, 4 on Cashbox year end, gold certification?

Using our metric it got slightly fewer points than Player's "Baby Come Back" so it didn't make the North American top 20 (but only just).
