G'bye Now
Now that an original scan of the Billboard chart has been produced(http://www.americanradiohistory.com/Archive-Billboard/40s/1941/The Billboard,June 28 1941.pdf) (Chart on page 10), it does appear that this title made the best-seller lists (#10 for 1 week)
Unfortunately the link you've given does not work at the moment. However, even if it did we can't use a scan anyway, because we can't get the text out of it. Even if we did have the text we could only use it if it is suitably structured. Finally we'd have to be confident that the publisher had the right to publish it.

Woody Herman-Woodchopper's Ball
#2 and #19 are same recording. In 2010 you mentioned you would correct this.
The "Your Hit" chart was only added later, we fixed the orginal data but can't always spot where later charts also require editing.
The data has now been fixed in that chart as well

Thanks, but Woody Herman got shorted.
I just discovered your site and am sure I will benefit from it often in the future. However, I notice that for Woody Herman, you list only "Blues in the Night." Woody had a number of other chart hits, including especially "Woodchoppers Ball" and "Laura." "Laura" sold a million for sure and I think "Woodchoppers Ball" did also.
Regards, William L Rupp, Fallbrook, California
Woody Herman has his own page (you can get to it by clicking on his name, via the "Song Artists" list, the alphabetical list of artists or the site index). It lists more than 70 of his hits (including all three you mention).
We notice that we have have entries for both "At the Woodchopper's Ball" and "Woodchopper's ball" which we'll obviously fix in the future.
