Data Modeling Language |
|
A textual or schematic language used to describe elements of a data model. This may take the form of a diagram, such as in UML, or text, such as in DDL.
It is possible to imagine languages being defined for any of the ANSI model types, however traditionally languages are used to describe either a Physical Data Model or a Logical Data Model.
