This Album needs to be transferred to a "Various Artists" compilation titled "Shut Down" (currently #89 in 1963).
The image on this page - http://www.allmusic.com/album/shut-down-vol-2-mw0000118176/similar implies that there must have been an album by The Beach Boys called "Shut Down"
