#3 - Everything She Wants
Please take another look at this. I still feel #12 should be combined with #3.As of now "Everything She Wants" is not credited for making the UK Charts at all. Couldn't you leave #12 as it is and still add the chart entry to #3?
Looking back at the original data this does seem a mess. The Double-A side got to number 2 and charted for 13 weeks. So lets credit "Everything She Wants" with that, "Last Christmas" made various entries after that, we think 35 weeks worth for the period of charts we have, so peak at 2 and 35 weeks for that.
Thanks for getting us to relook

Double Listing-Last Christmas/Everything She Wants
Should #12 be combined with #5 (Last Christmas) & #3 (Everything She Wants)?
The two entries for "Last Christmas" and "Last Christmas/Everything She Wants" are distinct in the UK chart (and assigned to different years), so our judgement is that they are distinct releases
As to whether "Last Christmas/Everything She Wants" should be merged with "Everything She Wants" that is a difficult one, our bias is to leave it as it is.
Thanks for the suggestion

Careless Whisper by George Michael or Wham! are not only the same song but also the same release. In Europe Careless Whisper was credited to George Michael. Outside Europe it was credited to Wham! Combining those points and use George Michael / Wham! as artist would make more sense, in my humble opinion.
You are correct, there is just one song called "Careless Whisper". However the chart information indicates it was credited to Wham! only in North America and to George Michael in Europe, Australia, Africa and South America. So we have followed the majority of charts and credited it to George Michael.
