Assessment |

The process of documenting a situation, usually in order to describe the requirements of a solution. An Engagement Stage that focuses on understanding the existing (AsIs} and potential (ToBe) state.
A complete and well documented assessment will usually more than repay the investment since it will ensure the proposed and delivered solutions fit the real situation.
