The Safari and Android browsers for some reason do not correctly encode multipart forms unless you add an attachment (which is difficult if, for example, you are on an iPhone). For that reason this special page will send a message to us without using a multipart form. Usually it would be best to send us your email address so we can communicate directly rather than having to come here all the time.
