Previous Comments (newest first) 18 Sep 2016 (3) Double Listings...Plus #50 & #59 are the same (The Troublemaker). Also #58 & #13 (under Duets - Outlaws & Angels). Also #1 & #15 (both under Duets w/Waylon Jennings, Jessi Colter & Tompall Glaser - Wanted! The Outlaws) are the same. Plus #7 (Honeysuckle Rose) also made the Billboard Charts (#11 - 36 weeks). It's probably listed under 'Original Soundtrack'. Data fixed, thanks 6 Feb 2012 Willie Nelson There is a new W. Nelson & Wynton Marsalis feat. Norah Jones album "Here We Go Again" charted in Austria, peak. 40 and 2010 album "Country Music" peaked at No. 41 in Sweden. The listing here includes only complete charts that have been processed. New albums take a few years to get added to the list (our listing should not be trusted for music less than five years old). 11 Aug 2011 WIllie Nelson albums Hey hey. Album "Always On My Mind - Ultimate Love Songs" is really called only "Always On My Mind". And there are years to albums with unkown year (number+year): 10 - 1978, 11 - 1994, 13 - 1984, 14 - 1976, 15 - 1979, 16 - 1979, 17 - 1998, 18 - 1985, 19 - 1983 (collaboration with Waylon Jennings), 20 - 1976, 21 - 2004, 22 - 1979, 23 - 2003 - and collaborations: 3 - 1983, 4 - 1982, 5 - 1980, 6 - 1979 We had already corrected the name of "Always on My Mind" based on your previous suggestion (it takes some time to process, quality check and publish the data and Steve has been in Angola for the last month). Thanks for the suggested years for certain albums, unfortunately we can't use them as the site rules say that years must be assigned from complete charts, there is deliberately no mechanism for attaching them individually. However we will attach your comment to the page so that other users can see the years you suggest. Willie & Family Live - 1978, Super Hits - 1994, City Of New Orleans - 1984, The Sound In Your Mind - 1976, Pretty Paper - 1979, Willie Nelson Sings Kristofferson - 1979, 16 Biggest Hits - 1998, Halfnelson - 1985, Take It To The Limit - 1983 (collaboration with Waylon Jennings), Trouble maker - 1976, Outlaws And Angels - 2004, Electric Horseman - 1979, The Essential Willie Nelson - 2003 Pancho & Lefty - 1983, Ww II - 1982, San Antonio Rose - 1980, One For The Road - 1979 2 Aug 2011 European albums There is a new W. Nelson & Wynton Marsalis feat. Norah Jones album "Here We Go Again" charted in Austria, peak. 40 and 2010 album "Country Music" peaked at No. 41 in Sweden. Thanks for the information, unfortunately we only add whole charts at a time, we never add hits from a particular artist as that would distort the results. In addition for most charts we won't add data from 2010 until the start of 2012 (to ensure we don't have to modify it later). 1 Aug 2011 Always on My Mind Good evening. Excuse me, album, that you had call "Always On My Mind - Ultimate Love Songs" was called only "Always On My Mind" (by the title song). Viz http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Always_on_My_Mind_(album) Regards, Harumfan You are right, the data has been fixed thanks for the correction. 14 Mar 2011 Poland Please, was any Willie's single or album charted in Poland? I looked on the link (from this website), but unfortunately, I didn't found archives... Can you help me, please? Andrew Pour Chotovice from Czech Republic The charts we have for Poland don't have any entries for Willie Nelson. However there are two things to note, first of all the Poland chart we have, while it is the best we have found, is not "approved". So maybe there is a better one we don't yet have access to (if you find one tell us). Secondly the chart we have starts in 1984. Which is after Willie Nelson had most of his hits (as you can see from the timeline plot at the top right).
8 Mar 2011 Willie Nelson - No. 3 I have my last request - Willie Nelson albums were charted in many other countries, some you can find on: http://www.dutchcharts.nl/ and other websites. I can tell You also informations about 2 biggest his hits: ALWAYS ON MY MIND (1982) No. 5 - Billboard Hot 100 No. 8 - Ireland (3 weeks) No. 10 - RPM Top Singles No. 17 - Netherlands (5 weeks) No. 39 - Kent Music Report (14 weeks) No. 49 - United Kingdom (3 weeks) & duet with Julio Iglesias TO ALL THE GIRLS I'VE LOVED BEFORE (1984) No. 1 - Belgium in June 1984 No. 1 - RPM Top Singles for 2 weeks No. 2 - New Zealand (14 w.) No. 2 - Spain (17 w.) No. 2 - South Africa (19 w.) No. 3 - Netherlands (11 w.) No. 4 - Kent Music Report (21 w.) No. 4 - Austria (16 w.) No. 5 - Billboard Hot 100 No. 16 - Ireland (6 w.) No. 17 - United Kingdom (12 w.) No. 23 - Switzerland (7 w.) No. 24 - Germany (11 w.) No. 32 - Italy cert.: RIAA - platinum (1992) ++ ++ CRIA - platinum (1984) year-end: 8 of 1984 - South Africa, 8 of 1984 - Austria, 10 of 1984 - Belgium, 12 of 1984 - RPM Top Singles, 19 of 1984 - Spain, 29 of 1984 - Australia, 30 of 1984 - Netherlands, 50 of 1984 - Billboard Hot 100 I will be happy, if you will post these informations on this website... Many thanks in advance, regards, Allan Pour As we've said we need the sources for complete charts, individual entries cannot be added. Both "Always On My Mind" and "To All the Girls I've Loved Before" are already listed here in the 1982 and 1984 year lists (and on the "Always On My Mind" and Julio Iglesias pages). We don't have a seperate page for Willie Nelson's songs because he is not in the 1000 highest scoring song artists (in the 1.10.001 data he's artist number 1531) 8 Mar 2011 Willie Nelson - No. 2 Good day - I have one more request: "Stardust" by Willie Nelson was also stayed 30 weeks on New Zealandian Charts, peaking at No. 1 and holding this position for 6 weeks... Please put it there too... Thank you, regards, Allan Pour "Stardust" by Willie Nelson is already in the 1978 list (number 41 in the 1.10.001 data) 8 Mar 2011 Always On My Mind Good day! Why "Always On My Mind" by Willie Nelson isn't there? It was very succesfull album that year! U.S. Billboard 200 +- No. 2 (99 weeks) CAN RPM Top Albums +- No. 20 (.. weeks) Dutch Albums Chart +- No. 35 (7 weeks) A Kent Music Report - No. 60 (16 weeks) certifications: RIAA - 4 x platinum (1994) CRIA - 2 x platinum (1983) Please, put it there... There are two different issues here. First, we can only include complete charts, not individual entries. So, for example, if you can tell us where we can access the full "U.S. Billboard 200" album charts we would be happy to add them to our listing. Of course we can't add Willie Nelson's entries in isolation, that would distort the listings. As you will see from our list of charts included most of the charts you mention we don't have copies of. The second point is that even once we've added those entries it is likely that "Always On My Mind" won't be in the top 100 albumbs of 1982. Currently the 99th album of that year is "Time Pieces, The Best Of Eric Clapton", which was 7xPlatinum in the US. We don't select the "best" albums for this list, they are calculated from the chart positions by an automatic process. On this site no one gets to "vote" (not even us). |
